That’s why we offer optional return insurance available at checkout. If you choose this option, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is returned in accordance with our policy.

❌ Without this insurance, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

⏳ When can you return a product?

You may request a return if the product is damaged upon delivery (a photo must be sent within 48 hours of receipt) 📸, if you received the wrong product, or if you wish to return a product that is still in its original and unused condition.

We do not accept returns if the product is used, damaged, or returned without prior authorization. Similarly, if more than 5 days have passed since delivery, or if accessories or the original packaging are missing, the return will not be accepted.

💸 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (or unless return insurance was purchased at checkout). Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. 📦🔍

💰 Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund you for the product cost only, excluding initial shipping fees. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

🛡️ Protection Against Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is used, damaged, incomplete, or if there are repeated attempts to abuse our return policy. Customers who misuse this policy may be denied future purchases. ⚠️

🚚 Tracked Shipments

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once the tracking confirms the package has been delivered, the order is considered completed. We cannot accept claims for “undelivered” packages if delivery is confirmed by the tracking information.

🌍 Shop Responsibly

We encourage you to shop mindfully and only order what you are sure about. Excessive ordering to try on multiple sizes or models with the intent to return the rest generates unnecessary costs and has a negative environmental impact.
